This past February my husband and i found out we were expecting our first child. We were so excited and over joyed and we still are! Chris and i made the decision that I would stay at home, so I quit my teaching job. This summer Chris's work has been in consistant, and he is now currently unemployed. Please pray for us that God will provide a steady job for Chris. Thank you and God Bless!
Earlier this year, a wife and mother of two was busy with a pretty succesful career when her household was derailed by a health scare which forced her to quit her job and stay at home to recover. Unfortunately, with the loss of the job, also came the loss of one of the family's income. The mother's health, in this time God has blessed her with, has improved. And in this time that God has blessed her with, it has been discovered how much her children want her home and how much she loves focusing on her family. Please pray for this family and God's will.
Maggie and Abby Bowen's grandmother, Mildred Day was recently diagnosed with a rare and aggressive type of ureter cancer. She has an appt with her oncologist this Thur to discuss chemo/more surgery. Her PET scan is tomorrow 7/28 which will show if the disease has spread more. Also their mother, Debbie Bowen was diagnosed with a bad case of shingles on her face/scalp which unables her from being around her mother during this cancer treatment until her illness is cleared up. The shingles were likely caused by stress and are very painful. Thank you for your prayers.
Please pray for some very close friends of ours who have had various issues within their household with regards to employement and finances....issues which have nearly buckled them financially.
Please pray for one of our American soldiers, Josh Ivey, he was injured by an IED in Afganistan. He is a great young man with the Love of the Lord in his Heart.
