The most notable landmark of Braselton is Chateau Élan Winery and Resort.

The vineyard was established in 1985 and has grown to be the largest wine producer in Georgia. If Jesus were to walk through Braselton, he might reuse the metaphor of a vine, branches, and fruit. In John 15 Jesus said, “I am the true vine…you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”

The Vine is a new United Methodist Church in the Chateau Elan area of Braselton, GA seeking to connect the world to Jesus Christ so the world may experience true life and purposeful living in Him. Our primary purpose is to reach individuals who have never connected to Jesus Christ or who have disconnected with Jesus Christ. We seek to connect these people with Jesus Christ through our weekly Celebration services, Cluster groups, and service-oriented, Compassionate outreach.

The Vine is in strategic partnership with Sugar Hill UMC and The North Georgia Conference’s Office of Church Development.
